Winning 2 classes in the 2011 British Pie Awards was amazing! The feedback has been amazing and has been covered by all the local press. It’s given us confidence that we are in going in the right direction and the belief that we can be one of the best pie makers in the country. The pies have continued to develop and I can’t wait for next years awards where I hope to go one better
